Booking a private tour with us takes a few minutes: choose one of the two tours and your group size, pick a date, give us your hotel, and pay either in full online or a 30% deposit with the rest in cash on the day. Within a few hours you receive your pickup time and your guide’s name in writing.
On the day, your licensed local guide meets you in your hotel lobby and the car is yours until you are back. Every entrance fee is paid, nobody else joins your group, and there are no shop stops. You can cancel for free until 3 days before.

We run two sample itineraries: a five-hour morning at the Lady Buddha, the Marble Mountains and a stone-carving yard, and a full day that adds lunch, Hoi An old town and a boat on the Thu Bon at dusk. Both are private, for groups of one to four.
The price is for the whole group, not per person, and it is the same car and guide whether you are one or four. Children under 5 travel free and do not count towards the group size; from 5 a child counts as one guest. For five or more, message us and we arrange a larger vehicle.
Step 2: Tell us the date and your hotel
At checkout you give your name, a WhatsApp number, the tour date and the hotel we collect you from. There is a notes box for anything we should know: allergies, a vegetarian diet, someone who would rather avoid steep steps, or a stop you would like to add.
Free pickup and drop-off at any Da Nang hotel. Hoi An hotels: Transfer surcharge +$25. You choose the pickup area at checkout, so the price you see before paying is the price of the day.
Step 3: Pay the way that suits you
Two ways: pay the full price online by card, or pay a 30% deposit online and the rest in cash on the day of the tour, in US dollars or Vietnamese dong. We can also send a secure payment link on WhatsApp. The booking is confirmed once the online payment goes through, and your pickup time and guide’s name arrive in writing.
If you choose to pay the balance in cash, we send the deposit request on WhatsApp or by email, and your guide knows the exact amount due on the day.
Step 4: Confirmation, pickup time and your guide
Within a few hours of booking you receive your exact pickup time and your guide’s name. The day before the tour we message you on WhatsApp to reconfirm, and to tell you if the weather is likely to change the order of the day.
Step 5: The day itself
Your guide waits for you in the hotel lobby. If you are running late, message us; after 20 minutes without contact the booking is treated as a no-show. From there the day is yours: a private car, a licensed local guide who speaks fluent English, and every entrance fee already paid.
There are no shop stops, including the marble showrooms around the Marble Mountains; we earn from the tour price alone. Your guide can change the order and the pace within the time booked, for example to reach Huyen Khong cave while the light is in it. Step 6: Changes, cancellations and tailor-made days
Yes — free cancellation up to 3 days before departure for a full refund, and free rescheduling subject to availability. Within 3 days of departure, 30% of the tour price is charged because the car and guide are already committed.
Every tour can be tailored. Tell us what to add, skip or spend longer on, and we confirm the plan and an all-inclusive price in writing before you book. A tailored day can cost more or less than the sample. The full terms are in our Booking Terms.

Is the price per person or per group?
Per group, for one to four guests. Four people travelling together pay less each than two, because the car and the guide are the same.
Do I need to pay everything in advance?
No. You can pay the full price online, or pay a 30% deposit online and the rest in cash to your guide on the day, in US dollars or Vietnamese dong.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days ahead is comfortable in the busy months from February to August. Outside those months a next-day request often works; message us and we will say honestly what is still open.
What if it rains on the day?
Your guide reorders the stops around the weather, and the caves stay dry inside. If a storm closes a site, we offer a comparable change, a new date or a refund.
