1. Information on this site

We keep opening hours, ticket rules and conditions at the Marble Mountains, Son Tra and Hoi An as accurate as we can, but they are set by third parties and can change without notice. Where anything differs, your written booking confirmation is what applies.

2. Independence

We are an independent tour operator. We are not part of the Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Area management board, the Hoi An heritage authorities, or any government body, and we do not sell official entrance tickets on their behalf.

3. Content

Text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; please ask before reusing anything else.

4. Bookings

Bookings are covered by our Booking Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of your country of residence.
