This policy explains what personal data Marble Mountains Da Nang (“we”, “us”), 81 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang, Vietnam collects through marblemountainsdanang.com and WhatsApp, why, and what your rights are.
1. What we collect
When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, group size, pickup hotel and anything you tell us about dietary needs, allergies or mobility. When you pay: the payment is handled by our card processor (or PayPal, if you choose it); we receive confirmation of the payment and never see or store your full card number. The card is used for either the full price or the 30% deposit. When you message us: the conversation itself.
2. Why we use it
To confirm and run your tour, to contact you before and on the day, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only what is needed to run the day: your guide and driver, and our licensed partner operator in Da Nang, receive your name, group size, pickup hotel, pickup time and any special needs. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is told the amount still due. Our card processor, email provider (Google) and web host process data on our behalf.
4. How long we keep it

5. Third-party requests from this website
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics tools at present; if that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion of anything we are not required to keep. Message us and we will reply within 30 days.
